We want you to be happy with PromptAura. If you are not satisfied with a purchase — whether a subscription, lifetime unlock, or prompt pack — you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. All refunds are issued by Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with.
  2. Open the order and select the refund option, or contact Paddle support directly from that page.
  3. Alternatively, email us at rotdot64@gmail.com and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.

What happens after a refund

Refunds are typically credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. When a refund is issued, associated premium access (Starter, Pro, or the refunded prompt pack) is revoked from your account.
